On December 13th at 8:44 am, GMT, there is a New Moon on the
21st degree of Sagittarius. This New Moon will provide us with the
opportunity to make a fresh start in any field of life related to Sagittarius,
such as journeys, higher education, teaching, philosophy, publications and a
general broadening of our mental horizons. Given that the New Moon doesn’t
receive any major aspects from other planets and given that Mercury is about to
be liberated from last November’s retrograde motion, it seems that more than a
fresh start this New Moon is really about wrapping up things and procedures
that had started in the beginning of November or in July/August when Mercury
was once more in retrograde motion. Therefore, we can finally put an end to
delays, misunderstandings and obstacles that had arisen in our attempt to do
anything related to journeys, educational programs, higher studies,
communications, transportations, removals and purchases.
With Jupiter in Gemini ruling this New Moon and being in mutual
reception with Mercury in Sagittarius, it becomes evident that we will be able
to make that short or long trip we were planning; to begin that course or
educational program we were thinking about attending or teaching; to get in
touch with those close or distant relatives with whom we hadn’t been in touch
for a while; to move to the house we were planning to move to; to buy those
things we needed, especially things related to transportation means, phones,
computers and books. Actually, with Mercury in trine aspect to Uranus who is
about to go to direct motion once more, it is quite possible that we will come
up unexpectedly or sooner that we thought with the solutions we were looking
for regarding all of the above. The solutions may very well be quite original
or even revolutionary and they are likely to bring about great enthusiasm and
possibly stress because we’ll have too much on our plate.
Finally, this New Moon in Sagittarius takes places with its ruler on top
of an astrological configuration named ‘Yod’ or ‘The Finger of Fate’. There was
a similar configuration during the last lunar eclipse with Jupiter once more on
top receiving quincunx aspects from Pluto and Saturn, both in sextile aspect to
each other and in mutual reception (each transiting the sign the other one
rules). Therefore, it looks like issues that were brought forward around the 28
November lunar eclipse will be again in focus. More specifically, our need to
gain more knowledge and to improve our communicational and PR capacity (Jupiter
in Gemini) may be the cause of stress and irritation (quincunxes) in our
attempt to take advantage of the opportunity (sextile) to methodically
transform the kind of devotion we used to show in our job (Pluto in Capricorn
in mutual reception with Saturn in Scorpio). So, it may well be that our need
to learn new things and to open our social circle will urge us to change jobs
or to modify the way we used to do our job up until now. Those with planets
around the 8th, 9th and 10th degree of any
zodiac sign are particularly expected to experience this need to learn and to
change course professionally speaking. Until my next post, I send plenty of
love and light to you all!
