On October 31, 2020, at 2:49pm, GMT, there is a Full Moon taking place across the Taurus-Scorpio axis, the axis of survival and material and emotional security. Like any Full Moon, this one too is the culmination of the previous New Moon and the attempt to strike the right balance between opposing forces. Presently, there culminates the "sharpening" of knives that we talked about in the previous New Moon of October 16, 2020. The Full Moon also illuminates the need for survival and balance between material and emotional needs. In fact, the participation of Uranus, in a partile conjunction with the Moon in Taurus, foreshadows emotional outbursts and explosions or sudden developments in the familial, private and emotional life of many people because of the above.
In addition, the fact that Uranus and the Full Moon axis activate critical degrees of Mercury reveals sudden or shocking events that cause mental anxiety, stress and insecurity and that are related to extreme or eccentric communications, movements and ideas that are now seeing the light of day. Further, in view of the fact that the Full Moon takes place with a Mercury-Saturn square and with Venus, the Full Moon’s dispositor, in Libra opposed by Chiron, it seems that the shocking revelations or events are related to the restriction of freedom of speech and movement and to the marginalization of the sense of justice.
At the same time, Neptune, in square with the Lunar Nodes, and in sextile and semi-sextile with Jupiter and Mars, respectively, points to dissolving and undermining tendencies or chaotic developments in close relationships and collaborations that lead to inertia and indecision because disintegration and chaos are ‘marketed’ as an opportunity for growth. Survival, literally and figuratively, is severely affected under this Full Moon, which will be even more evident in the next four months, given that it is the first lunation that follows the inferior Sun-Mercury conjunction that occurred on October 25 at the degree of the Moon’s pure fall… The message of this conjunction is associated with a climate of insecurity in schools and the media, a dramatic drop in trade activities and a pervasive sense of danger and threat in communications and travel. Undoubtedly, the current period in general is not easy and this particular Full Moon fully illuminates this. We wish strength, courage and all the best to everyone!
