On June 24, 2021, at 6:39pm, GMT, there is a Full Moon taking place across the Cancer-Capricorn axis, the axis of structure, hierarchy and security. It is the first full moon after the recent eclipse period and, as such, it brings the June 10 solar eclipse to a climax. That eclipse aroused in many the need to reconnect with those people who feel like ‘siblings’ to them. Therefore, under this full moon, it seems that reconnection with our real or ‘spiritual’ siblings leads to bonds being strengthened and to security, both material and emotional, being achieved.
For this to happen, however, one needs to be willing to let go of controlling behaviors, to surrender to the cosmic flow and to show a spirit of forgiveness, generosity and unity (Jupiter in Pisces atop an ambivalence trine with the full moon axis and Neptune atop an ambivalence trine with Venus-Pluto opposition). In fact, escaping from work and family obligations in the days before and after the full moon is not only realistic but also necessary in the context of strengthening ties with our real and ‘spiritual’ siblings. Besides, Neptune is about to go retrograde, which intensifies the need to escape from everyday life and which also puts some dreams and ideals on hold until the end of November-beginning of December, when he turns direct again.
Finally, the almost simultaneous retrogradation of Jupiter and Neptune in concert with Mercury going direct conjunct the fixed star Rigel is indicative of the urgent need to communicate with more extroversion the innermost, hidden or secret aspects of one's worldview, dreams and ideals. The aim, however, of this communication will have to be the improvement of society and the production/promotion of culture. Thanks to this most extroverted communication about the depths of one’s soul, one will be able to build confidence and show heroism towards those forces that evangelize the deconstruction and reformation that characterize this year (Mars harshly activates the Saturn-Uranus square).
