Full Moon Across Gemini-Sagittarius: The Last One Before the Eclipses!

On December 12, 2019, at 5:12 am GMT, there is a Full Moon taking place across Gemini-Sagittarius, the axis of intellect and movement. It is the last full moon of the year and prepares us for the upcoming solar eclipse of December 26. In addition, it is the first full moon to take place after Mercury’s release from the shadow of its recent retrogradation at the critical degree of the previous New Moon. Therefore, there is direct reference to many crucial travels, communications and negotiations that are now peaking and are probably pending since the November 26 New Moon, which spoke of dreams of growth, freedom, education and travel that may have been on hold since last summer. With Mercury, of course, in the sign of its weakness it will be easy to overlook the required details, which will place secondary obstacles in professional partnerships and long-term relationships as well as in serious financial dealings (semisquare with Venus and Saturn).

Moreover, this Full Moon is the first to occur after Jupiter’s ingress into Capricorn. With three more planets in the same sign, including its ruler, Saturn, the issue of material security, career development and social mobility is currently emphasized in communications and travels. Indeed, there seems to be considerable anxiety and mental stress due to the difficulty of finding solutions to relationships, partnerships, and financial issues that have gone out of control in the recent past due to serious debts or constraints (Moon quincunx Venus returning within bounds in conjunction with Saturn and Pluto).

Although the simultaneous station of Chiron in Aries in square aspect with Jupiter intensifies feelings of disadvantage and magnifies personal weaknesses, the pentagon Chiron forms with Venus pushes us to create our own original order in relationships, collaborations and financial issues. After all, with Mars, Chiron's dispositor, in Scorpio, one will eventually have the confidence and perseverance to overcome any weaknesses so as to be able to go with the flow (Mars-Neptune trine). Finally, Jupiter's trine with Uranus in the element of earth will bring unexpected and sudden solutions to material, financial or practical issues, as long as one is ready to step out of their comfort zone (Uranus at Moon’s pure exaltation). In any case, we wish you enjoy the Full Moon in anticipation of the eclipses!
