Full Moon across Gemini-Sagittarius: Words as Medicine or Poison…

On December 19, 2021, at 4:35 am, GMT, there is a Full Moon taking place across the Gemini-Sagittarius axis, the axis of communication, movement and intellect. It helps culminate processes that started around the last New Moon of December 4, which was the last solar eclipse, not only of the year but also of the cycle of eclipses across the Gemini-Sagittarius axis. Significant developments that began near the eclipse have provoked a series of emotions and reactions that culminate closer to this Full Moon.

With Jupiter supporting the axis of the Full Moon with harmonious and very tight aspects, there seems to be a festive mood and a spirit of generosity or forgiveness. This is because of the festive days and because there is hope that, in the near future, one will be able to overcome a number of difficulties that have appeared in the meantime. These difficulties are related not only to Venus, about to go retrograde on a critical degree ruled by Mars and in conjunction with Pluto, but also to Chiron, about to go direct in a tight square with Mercury and the difficult fixed star Facies.

These astrological influences do not leave much room for complacency because they reveal a pervasive sense of inferiority or marginalization in relationships, collaborations and finances. There seems to be a high degree of hostility between the parties involved, which can result in them using words as poisonous arrows that find their target and injure.

Nevertheless, all this hostility and the consequent sense of inferiority may be necessary for one to decide to heal the above areas of life and, thus be freed from previous bondage, despite the irritations (Full Moon axis in irritable aspects with the Saturn-Uranus exact square). After all, Mercury and Mars converge in trine aspects with Uranus and Chiron, respectively, revealing unexpected solutions that allow for movements and actions that heal. So, will you use your words as medicine or as poison under this Full Moon? The choice is yours…
